Like the last round , maybe an over-rested Syracuse team lost Game 1
to Grand Rapid 3-1. Cedrick is now 11-2 this post season with both
losses coming after one week wait. Grand Rapids was helped out at the
end of the last round by Detroit losing and returning two of their
starters. This may be a seven game series going either way. My hope it
goes Cedrick Desjardins and the Syracuse way !

| I'm not sure what the deal is,but I know AHL Live (the AHL's version of America One except that it works) was free last night. I'm not sure if it that's the case for the rest of the series but it's worth checking out. |

It's on right now and it is free and not bad quality-Ceddy looking pretty good in the first period. When you register, it looks like you have to fill out a credit card, but you don't.
In Syracuse they put on their big screen "Ced" then "ee" when he makes a big save. |

Syracuse is not going away without a fight. After digging a 3-0
hole, the series is now 3-2 Grand Rapid after a 5-2 win Saturday.
Odds are long but maybe Cedrick can pull some old Cyclones magic
out of his hat  . |

And if he does, that might be turn enough heads that an NHL team signs him this summer as a depth guy for their AHL team. |

Well the playoffs are over for Cedrick and the Syracuse Crunch with
a 5-2 loss to Grand Rapids. Grand Rapids had two empty net goals in
the last minute to make it lopsided but still a great playoff run for
Cedrick. Good luck next year and hope you get a shot in the NHL or at
least putting together a full healthy season at the AHL or NHL level.
