| Did you all read your letters though? I got the impression that we would have to have them paid in full (for next season) by April 6th! Did anyone else read that or am I just 'blowing smoke'? |

I just read the renewal letter and I sent an email to my rep on some questions.
First it says NO REFUNDS on playoff deposit,even if they don't make the playoffs!
It says your deposit will be put towards next year season tickets. Does anyone else
have a seat location that is so critical to have you must reserve it with no chance
of a refund ? I also didn't see anything obout season parking.With the playoffs getting
into baseball season,we deserve spots in our parking garage at our normal price.Why
should we have to park downtown and walk down to the arena so the Reds fans can park
there. |

| By playoff time it is cheaper to park in Kentucky and walk over anyway. And warm enough to do so. |

| I agree Susan, April 6th is a bit ridiculous! Bengals tickets don't even have to be paid off until June 1st and thier tickets are a bit more in demand that the Cyclones. Plus their season starts a month before ours! I don't know who's decision April 6th was but hopefully they have some flexibility with that date! |

i just spoke with my ticket rep about the whole april 6 deadline. he said that is the way almost all of the echl teams are doing it. he did tell me that because of the way the USBA box office works it is only the playoff tickets that need to be paid off by april 6 and the ticket reps will be notifying us as to when next seasons tickets need to be paid in full. he said they know the wording is confusing but that is the way they wanted it worded. the concept is a good one have playoff tickets paid up front and any balances get applied to the next season. the $25 deposit to hold your seat is seperate from the playoff tickets, so you can renew next season and worry about playoffs later if you'd like.
also, for those of you who have steve weber as your rep, his renewal letters are just now going out so yo might want to give him a call 421-4111 ext390.
there are some perks if you get your renewal in by friday feb 23

The return of the ECHL’s Cincinnati Cyclones is due to fans like you and we appreciate your continued support of the team. Under the guidance of Coach Chuck Weber, our young team has proven their worthiness on the ice and will continue to do so for the remainder of this season and into the next. As you’re certainly aware, rookie Cedrick Desjardins represented the Cyclones as one of the premier goaltenders on the ECHL American Conference All-Star team. The Cyclones have also produced three AHL call-ups this season, a testament to the team’s level of excellence. You, as season ticket holders, are the foundation on which the Cyclones are built, and with you behind us, we will be able to continue our winning success!
Enclosed please find your 2007 Playoff & 2007-2008 Regular Season Ticket Renewal Packet. As we head into the second half of the Cyclones season, we’re as excited as ever that professional hockey has returned home to Cincinnati at U.S. Bank Arena.
2007 Playoff Information
A deposit* of $25 per ticket allows you to pre-order your 2006-07 Cyclones playoff tickets. The Cyclones are near the top of the North Division standings and will count on your support to help pursue the dream of winning the Kelly Cup! Your $25 deposit will hold your seats for the postseason, which will start the week of April 9, and playoff packages must be paid in full by April 6.
2007-2008 Season Ticket Plan Renewal
This year we request your season ticket commitment by Friday, February 23, 2007. The seat upgrade process is occurring earlier so we can better service our fans. For all fans who renew by Friday, February 23, 2007 with one of our easy payment methods listed below, we have some very EXCITING NEWS:
You will be renewed at 2006-2007 ticket prices with a guarantee of no price increase AND
You will have the option of paying a low deposit of $25 now and you won’t have to pay the remainder of your balance until the end of this season, April 6 AND
All Full or 18 Pack season ticket holders will receive a framed, team autographed photo.
All Full season ticket holders will be eligible to win special game worn gear from Cyclones players. Stick blades, skates, sticks, helmets and pucks are among the items some selected fans will receive from a drawing of all registered ticket holders on April 6.
Payment Plans
Choose from these easy payment plans:
$25 Deposit due by Friday, February 23, 2007 to hold your current seats or to upgrade seats; balance due by Friday, April 6, 2007.
Pay entire balance now
*deposits are non-refundable; Playoff deposits will be applied to the 2007-2008 season ticket balances in the event the Cyclones do not make it to the Playoffs.

| I did not purchase season tickets this year. But by competing for the survivor suite ended up with them. I will purchase for next season. I guess I should call and get info. |

| DO NOT call bukas!!! He brings personal issues into his business dealings and feels that Game Day after a game is the right time and place to bring up issues with his customers. I will NEVER give him commission again. |
