| Just wanted to relay a funny story about Rory Rawlyk. I guess we all can see that Rory has a good time when he plays hockey, but he and the Toledo fans were engaged in a little banter back and forth Saturday night. For those that haven't been to Toledo Sports Arena, the glass is very short and fans can stand and look over and talk over the glass to players, refs, etc. Some of the fans were getting on Rory about missing some front teeth. In the third period, Rory had someone retrieve his teeth from the locker room and Rory proceeded to put them in his mouth. During his next shift, he made sure that all the fans he was bantering with saw his beautiful smile with a full set of teeth! The fans enjoyed it and stood and clapped for him. When you are up 6-3 in the game, I guess you can have a little fun! |

| I loved the way he reacted after the win on Friday night also. Toledo fans of course were yelling nasty stuff over the walkway as Cyclones left the ice after each period(main thrust seemed to be that all the Cyclones were fags, etc.---real classy stuff). After the win, as he was leaving, Rory just looked up as he walked out, grinned, put his finger to his lips, and shushed the crowd. There wasn't one word from the Toledo people. Priceless. |

| All of you should just be glad they aren't throwing or spitting beer @ you in Toledo. They're good for that. Hate going there for that reason, because the few jerks always make it a bad experience for the good fun fans. |

eh, they had a few idiots in the stands but the majority of them were solid hockey fans upset that the refs basically screwed toledo as much as they could..you cant deny half the penalties and a good 3/4 of the offsides calls were down right AWEFUL...
Oh well ill take a win anyway we get em.. |
