| This must have been one helluva game,I watched it on the cyclones page ,and was real impressed with the numbers,and some of the text.B2 was not working tonite.Givem hell CLONES cant wait for fri. |

| Yeah that 1-1 score had me scared. When the hell did Dayton score, with no time left?? Anyway it's a great feeling being up 2-0. Hope we don't get too cocky though. Kudos to the Dayton people for doing a good job on the three stars. I was kind of surprised they didn't pick Berkhoel #1. |

I wonder if Dayton isn't having the same problem we had in February-
all the "AHL" players returning and all the lines are screwed up.We
at least had enough of a lead to hang on for the playoff spot.Can't
wait to go down Friday but will have to miss Saturday's game.If a
miracle happens and we sweep,a good tradition would be to form a line
by the Dayton fans and shake their hands like the players do.We don't
need to get any more bad images over a few dumb fans who want to "rub
it in"! Please everyone try to take a minute on Friday and Saturday
and say something friendly to a Dayton fan.And no,I'm not calling for
a group hug,they still are the enemy . |

aint it grand? I would like to take full credit for the goal scored with what, 1:42 left...Switched from the dionne White jersey to Tomlinson;s st patties jersey and no more than 2 minutes later the cyclones score :)

It was a great playoff hockey game, great defense, no offense, exceptioanl goaltending. Each team dominated a period and when it came time to get the win the Clones had just enough to get it done. Ftorek's goal wasnt pretty, but it was a typical playoff "throw it on goal and see what happens goal". I'm sure Berkhoel wishes he had that shot back.
I want to congratulate Joe Ernst on calling a great game also. He didnt get ridiculous calling penalties like other refs have, although from some of the complaining I heard the fans wanted him to. In the third period he called a playoff game the way it should be called, he let the players decide the game, it was nice to finally see that. |

HFH, it was good to chat with you a few minutes. Our(wife and I) season
tickets are in the PC section top of 216 next year. If you get back
up to Dayton, look us up. Kind of hard to sit elsewhere with wheelchair.
Have to agree with several others. Even though we lost, it was a goal
tenders game, and the refs let the teams play, instead of calling a lot
of penalties. It's been even, or close, between these 2 teams all year. |
