| I think for one to give a HAHA, their team should have gone farther than the other. Idaho is the only team that has earned that right. WHy don't you go back to teaching next year's team how to dive. |

I was yawning at the whole notion of the never-ending, pointless bickering among the Cincinnati and Dayton fans, at both the "haha" and how it made someone say "go teach your team how to dive". It wasn't a yawn at what the Dayton fan said ... Cincinnati fans have no right to laugh at a team who knocked them out of the playoffs. |

Speaking of "Diving",could your coaching staff teach our players that fine
hockey skill. Everyone knows you guys are the best at it.

| Ok Dayton, so you beat us...big deal, but at seasons end you are still the first loser, If beating us in the playoffs won you a trophy,great! if the goal was simply to beat the Clones in the playoffs, you are clearly the champs. However, the goal was to win a Kelly cup, a feat that, well frankly you just didn't do well with. So hang your second place banner if you wish., but in the end the Steelheads won and you lost making you as much a loser as the rest of us in the ECHL |

Well now. IF
1. Winning the regular season Northern Division, AND
2. Winning the Northern Division Conference Championship AND
3. Winning the American Conference Championship AND
4. Playing for the Kelly Cup Championship AND
5. Raising multiple banners next season
Makes us losers, LOL, I'll take that EVERY season!!
Time to move on. You guys won a series then lost to Dayton. We won 3 series then lost in the Championship.

As much as it stabs me in the heart to say it,I agree w/ SS,it would be better
to say you lost in the finals and were Eastern Champs then to say you lost in
the Quarter finals.At least we have the Cricket Cup- if we filled it with beer
we could at least drink away the thought of blowing a 3-1 lead to Dayton. |

| I'm sure Ottawa is saying, "boy I'm glad we made it to the finals. I'm just tickled to know I came in second" SS come on, ask the Buffalo Bills if getting to the SuperBowl then laying a great big goose egg is something that they would want to do over and over again. getting to the Finals the way you did was quite an accomplishment and you should be proud of it, however who knows if you'll ever be back........the goal of every hockey season year in and year out is to win the cup, plain and simple, and rafters full of second place banners might get old after awhile. Call me old fashioned i'd be quite disappointed to get to the finals and come away with squat if you are proud of all of those banners with the most inportant one missing then great enjoy the spoils..... |

Correction! That should read "LAST LOSER".
As far as any banners go, The Bombers would be as follows,
North division regular season champs.
North division playoff champs.
Atlantic conference playoff champs.
And for Cincy...
drum roll please...
Oh yeah, you didn't finish first in anything, besides The Cricket Cup. I have one as well, in the cabinet. It glows in the dark too. I bet yours doesn't do that.
Anyway, you guys had a great season. We had a great season. You guys had a great post-season. We had a better post-season. It's not going to make any difference come opening day. Because everyone starts off even. |
