| went to training camp this morining and all i have to say is that the guys are quick. the new guys are flying and the returning players look like they are a step faster. i'm thinking it's going to be a good year. |

| great practice today and a great picnic afterwards....congrats to everyone who brought something and to the cyclones for comming and meeting the most loyal fans in the echl |
