"We'll re-evaluate things on Wednesday and see how it goes," said Huet, who has been out since suffering this injury in a Dec. 1 loss to Nashville. "The team wants me to practice a few more days just in case, but I'm close to being ready to go." Coach Guy Carbonneau said Huet could play Saturday versus Toronto |

Halak assigned to Hamilton Montreal Canadiens Dec 15, 2007, 5:08 PM EST
Halak PRESS RELEASE
MONTREAL – The Montreal Canadiens announced Saturday that goaltender Jaroslav Halak has been assigned to the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League.
The Slovakian netminder was recalled on Dec. 3 and played one game with Canadiens this season (Dec. 8 vs. Carolina), allowing one goal and making six saves in 19:59 of action. In 2006-07, Halak posted a 10-6-0 record with a .906 save percentage, a goals-against-average of 2.89 and two shutouts in 16 games with the Canadiens. |

| Ceddy got hammered tonight giving up 7 goals in a 9-2 loss to Syracuse. Hopefully he gets all that out of his system when he gets back here. Hamilton's awful season continues. |

It was announced tonight at the coaches show that not only will Dov be back tomorrow but also Cedrick and Deharnais!!!

Maxime is in the nashville organization and has spent most of his time in milwaukee. i wouldn't be surprised if we see milwaukee call up dov to see how he is progressing while sending us maxime so he can get some work at some point again this season.

Outside of the one shot on sunday that snuck through the Five-Hole, I thought he played really well~but it's nice to see the #1 line back together, JM, Desharnais & Syro
Also, it was posted both on hamilton's and cincy's site that Aubin was recalled to the bulldogs~ |

I'm all for that Elvis after seeing Maxime play. It can only help Dov to work a little
with the Milwaukee people off and on while Maxime can get some heavier workload with
us. Maybe the next time Cedrick is recalled we could request the swith and play Maxime
every game. |

| Thats a great idea bags, I think it would be great for all 3 of the goalies to get chances to show themselves in the AHL and then get some extra practice down in the ECHL with us. |
