Tonights attendance 5139 !! thats great. everyone was into the game to. I think for the general fans that don't get the chance to meet Matt kenseth and win any NASCAR prizes they should at least bring the car out and rev it up for everyone. I am sure it cost more to bring the car but they should have gone the extra mile for the crowd. they always seem to love that! ((coming from a hockey fan))
Why does Starling always get stuck in the box when it is the best time NOT to be in the sin-bin?!?!
Glad to see some hats on the ice for the hat trick about time!
What did you all think about the game??? A lot better than Friday

| didnt expect a defensive struggle but very exciting game none the less. loved the way we came back from 2 goals down in the 2nd period. btw...what was up with a penalty shot when the reading player already shot the puck and dov made the save? |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

| Glad to see the crowd FINALLY show up. The only bad part of it is how many fans were just there to see Matt Kenseth. If just half of the crowd tonight keeps showing up for the rest of the year it would be nice. It was also exciting to see the team never give up tonight. I missed what happened with the penalty shot. Why did Reading get it? To me it looked like a clean play. |

welcome to the wonderful world of "left turn" night. it's always that way....people show up to see a guy that turns left for a living, noty hockey.
the penalty shot was BS. starling did hook the guy but in order for a a penalty shot to be called the offensive player is supposed to be at least one full step in front of the defensive player when the infraction occurs. this was not the case at all.
either way a win is a win. we managed 3 point out of a possible 4. dayton beat elmira, so we are back on top. GO 'CLONES |

Best save of the game for Dov was with 20 seconds left. He stopped two shots AFTER HE LOST HIS STICK !!!!! Way to win ugly. |

| Speaking if ugly whats up with Readings goalie punching Daoust in the third period and not getting called? He was doin that crap all game! I think that since they won tonight and it was an exciting game some of the "Left turn fans" may come back.. At least i hope so |

First of all, great game and awesome crowd.
To touch on some of the subjects ...
Yes the penalty shot was BS. I was talking in mid-sentence with my friend when I even noticed that he was taking the shot. The officiating in general was terrible tonight I thought. Starling's last penalty was nothing more than a dive.
Morris had a terrible game. Yes I said it. Great game, great everything else, but he played like total crap. When it rains it pours for the guy. It all started with the first slapper he let in. The guy has to learn how to stop that shot! We all remember what happened in the "Dayton game" earlier this year.
The crowd was great and I was glad to see us go over the 5000 point for the second time this season. Perhaps they are really going to pay attention to what these discount ticket nights are doing.
Dayton actually did us a favor for once and knocked off Elmira so we are sole possessors of 1st once again. |

| I am glad all the NASCAR fan stayed for the whole game. I remeber a few years ago when Tony Stewart came to the Gardens then when they called the last 4 winner to meet him the place cleared out fast. |

| Terrible goaltending on both ends of the ice last night but the Clones generated some serious offense. I had one NECK CAR fan behind me making fun of Jason Deitsch for only having 2 goals on the season. I was trying to be nice and just let it go and I turned around and said "He's only been here for 2 games, and he has two goals. Not bad for a hometown boy if you ask me." The response was, "What do you mean hometown boy, no one in Cincinnati plays hockey?" my response "Yes, actually we do but, no one from Cincinnati turns left all the time either" |

Haha, the ignorance of some people is astounding, apparently he's never heard of CAHA, you poor thing, luckily I had the luxury of being surrounded by people with Cyclones jerseys last night

Where the hell was Starlings head all night? I swear they need a retractable leash to get that guy to his position. He even had the nerve to mouth off to Dov? EXCUSE ME, but you are the Dman. You are to get to the puck before it gets to the goalie. He was at as much of a fault as Dov was.. at least Dov was in his position. PERFECT Dmen would stop every shot before the goalie even got a chance to worry about stopping it. I know that's only theory...
Another topic of my concern is the faith these boys have in eachother. Don't get me wrong, they need to be a team and believe in eachother, have good chemistry.. yadda yadda yadda, but they need to be aware (DOV/CEDDY included) that just because one of their guys has the puck doesn't mean it's going to stay that way. A lot of those shots were a suprise to Dov, and he needs to be ready for his skaters to mess up, and the opposing team to get some freak shot on him.
Better than Friday, at least some of the boys skated and we won. |
