Not sure if anyone caught it or not but in today's paper on the Community Forum page (C6) there is a letter published under the Letters section about the lack of coverage for the Cyclones after the crowd of over 9,000. It is titled "Cyclones getting too little attention".

I read that and agree...almost 10,000 people and no coverage.

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

It's great that Miami got coverage from their playoff games. I just hope the Cyclones get some for our playoff run. Doubt it but would be nice.

historically tends to be poor coverage until later rounds; attendance follows the same pattern too.

Hakeedude, what you say about playoff attendance is true. BUT, since the Clones have known what their first 2 game's dates will be for over a week and still have 9 days left to promote these games, it is possible for that trend to be broken. It would be outstanding to have turnouts in the 5,000 range for games 1 and 2. Mabey that's wishful thinking. We'll find out.

Channel 5 actually did a really good story about the Clones and their attendance the other day. Even showed clips of the game. Question is: too little, too late?

True-and the fact that it's a Friday night game helps too.
