Hi Everyone...WOOHOOOOO...the Aces are in the second round of the playoffs and now get this...we swept San Diego (best team in our division) in the first round and beat Idaho in the first game of the second round (sure a different team than you all saw). It is crazy up here right now...not to bad for first year in this league and second year of new ownership...they said if we win and play 2 more playoff games here in town they will be in the good (black???) which they thought would take 5 years if ever to accomplish.
All the folks from the section you all sat in asked me to say a HUGE HELLO!!! and to wish you all luck with whatever happens with your team next year...we hope they will be back.
Take care, Love Always from the Last Frontier,

From the Cyclones fans, good luck to your team. We had a great run last
year with a team few thought would get out of the first round. Maybe a
miracle will happen and we can get our act together for next year, but
it doesn't look good. At least maybe we can support our old players with
their new teams. |

Well, both Pros are now out after Alaska lost 3 straight to Idaho. Rome leads Norrie 2 games to 1. Deis/Weiman/Prior has a 2-to-1 edge on Louisiana and Brindley's team leads 2-0 in their best-of-5.
As long as our players are still playing, the Cyclones are alive! |
