Former Cincinnati Mighty Ducks center Keith Aucoin of the Hershey Bears has been named the winner of the Les Cunningham Award as the AHLs most valuable player for the 2009-10 season, as voted by coaches, players and members of the media in each of the leagues 29 cities.

One of the premier offensive players in the AHL, Aucoin established career highs with 35 goals and a league-best 106 points in 72 games this season to capture his first scoring title after four previous top-10 finishes. Aucoin also led the league with 71 assists and 10 game-winning goals.
