First off, I know the ushers have a job..BUT.. why are some going out of their
way to piss off patrons? We sit in 126 across the aisle from the higher price
125 seats.As late as 10 minutes into the first period the usher was checking
tickets and moving people back to 126!As hard as it is to get people down here,
why piss off someone who it might be their first time down.I can see checking
the premium "cup-table" seats at the top,but who cares on the others. If I have
a ticket and someone is sitting there,I can A) ask them to move B)sit in another
chair near by or C)get the usher and they will take care of the seating problem.
I say lighten up on the seat patrol until we are averaging 5,000,or a presell night
has 4,000 or more sold before the game. |

| I agree 100% ... I just started noticing how annoying the ushers have gotten at the last few weeknight games and last night ... every usher you pass just walking to your seats will harass you trying to point you in the direction of your ticket ... honestly, with not a big crowd on hand, just let people sit wherever they want. It's not hurting anything. |

Without sounding like a broken record........the ushers need to keep people from going to their seats while the puck is in play. Tom is a great usher. He tries so hard to keep "fans" out of the aisles until the whistle blows. I use the term "fan" lightly because real fans know NOT to walk around while the team is skating!
My husband and I will not be at the game tonight. We are going to a wedding. So, cheer for us. |

The only perk about low attendance is you don't have to worry about the guy in front of you blocking your view, except of course, when you're sitting on the aisle and a stream of people keep filtering down the stairs while the game is going on, and of course then everyone in their row has to stand to let them by------and why are they always in the MIDDLE of the row!
BTW-They kicked out the guy who threw the football at the Zamboni driver, only they got the wrong guy. It was his friend who was sitting next to him. And perhaps a gentle warning would have been sufficient? |

Well it's unfortunate if they got the wrong guy but there should be no warnings on that, ever. Even if they got the wrong guy at least they sent the clear message.
Maybe it's only a Nerf, but if it hit somebody in the eye when they were completely unaware it was coming it could still hurt and cause injury.
Mostly, though, is the potential for damaging the Zamboni. If it went underneath and got collected up with the snow, it can jam the conveyor and take the Zamboni out of service for the rest of the game. It's a real big bain in the butt to take it all apart to retrieve a football, water bottle, etc. Trust me, it stinks.
I'm all for zero tolerance on that one. |

I'm not sure who it was a clear message to. I was thinking about that too, but only a few people even realized he had been kicked out. Maybe a message on the jumbotron might have been more appropriate. |

If they got the buddy of the right guy, then maybe the guy they booted will lay a little boot on his friend and the message is indeed delivered clearly.
If it keeps happening, that game will go away. There really isn't any other time to do it. There was no chance it was an accident. Twister was 50 behind the zam and holding up his 'wait' finger. The dude just bombed the zam with it.
Thanks for taking the survey. That free thing at the end is confusing. I guess nothing is really free. |

No-he even said he was going to throw at the Zamboni. What I'm saying is he[i]might not do it again, but it didn't really send a message to anybody else.
It would be a shame to lose that bit of between-period entertainment. It sure beats scooter races and dodgeball... |
