| SA finished their season last night and nothing on the wires about Foster or anyone else from SA although they might be waiting till Monday. Foster seems to be either hurt or in the dog house though. Dov was in net Friday night for the whole game giving up 9 goals and then played last night and gave up five. You would think if they planned on sending Foster down they would have played him last night to give him some game work. I continue to be very very concerned about having just one tested goalie. We are one groin pull or goal pile up away from a problem. Milwaukee needs one point tonight in their last game to make the playoffs |

| Would have been nice to see MKE lose to get Shalla and Reid back. Hopefully foster is healthy and can be sent down so we have a real quality backup if need be. Kinda surprised that we didnt try to sign Brady Hjelle from OSU. Florida got him as their backup - surely he would have came here to play if he was offered. You'd think Chris Reed being here would be good enough reason. Maybe they didnt want to sign him and have to cut him if/when Foster comes back. |

| Really, a quality backup wouldn't have made much difference last night, we needed offense. Houser kept us in that game but maybe I saw it differently. MKE losing would have helped us a great deal but that is the minor for you. I would like to see a game where we strike first for a change, in the past I have always felt we played better from behind....but it is getting old spotting good teams a goal or two. We cannot continue to spot teams goals, it is only going to get tougher from here. Again however it would seem we jinxed ourselves somehow, another opposing goaltender that appeared more lucky than good. hopefully their luck will run out. |

| Nashville optioned Shalla to Cincinnati today. That should be a nice boost. |

| Looks like San Antonio sent Evan Barlow to Reading, but no news on Foster. |

Unless the Cyclones are waiting till Wednesday's game, something doesn't seem right about San Antonio not sending players. Couple of days ago the "extra" bodies were released and the season is over. No reason for ECHL players eligible not to return. |

| Except for Foster the only eligible players I believe are Hazen and Luciani, Not sure who they would replace especially with Shalla here. I know luciani is a fan favorite but I would be concerned about his lack of discipline on the ice in a playoff scenario. Foster is the big question as even if he sits behind Hauser he is still a better #2 than Borelli. Very strange he isnt here. any word if Shalla is just here for Wed and back to Milwaukee for the weekend? |

| There is no room left to add anyone but Foster. They currently have their 23 players for the playoff roster. Borelli can be replaced since he is here on "emergency conditions", but the rest of the roster is fixed for the remainder of the playoffs. |

04/24/2013 Anthony Borelli (G) Cincinnati DEL Released from SPC 04/24/2013 Brian Foster (G) Cincinnati ADD Reassigned by Florida Panthers from San Antonio Rampage
good news. Hauser deserves to start but at least we now have an option and a strong backup |

| Great news!!! The biggest worry for this team at this point had to be Hauser getting injured. |

@BobbySac - The Cyclones can add players, it just means that someone would have to be released.

@ elvis77
http://www.echl.com/echl-announces-rosters-for-2013-kelly-cup-playoffs-p182924
"Throughout the Playoffs, but prior to the start of the Conference Finals, as the recalled Players listed on a Member’s Playoff Eligible List become available (due to assignment, release from PTO or their respective AHL teams’ seasons having ended), Members shall be permitted to supplement their initial Playoff Rosters with Players listed on their Playoff Eligible Lists, up to a maximum of 23 Players total. Once a Member has named a total of 23 Players to its Playoff Roster, or the Conference Finals have begun (whichever comes first), the Member’s Playoff Roster shall be fixed for the duration of the Playoffs (barring emergency conditions)."
"Emergency conditions shall be established when the playing strength of the Member, by reason of injury, illness, recall or suspension by the League, is reduced below two (2) goalkeepers and sixteen (16) skaters. However, should a Member release a Player(s) from its Playoff Roster, its emergency conditions will drop by the same number as the Players they release. Only amateur Players may be signed and added to the Active Roster under emergency conditions."
Currently, the Cyclones have 23 players listed on their roster: - 13 Forwards - 8 Defensemen - 2 Goaltenders
The roster is set and cannot change unless there are call-ups or injuries. Even at that point, the only players we can add would be amateurs.

Asked Monday " if there was any word if Shalla is just here for Wed and back to Milwaukee for the weekend?"
Back to Milwaukee today for their playoffs. They are the 8 seed playing #1 Texas in a best of five with two this weekend in Milwaukee and three in Texas next week with games four and five being next Friday & Saturday. Hopefully he will return early in the next series. |
