Mike Embach, who was traded to Gwinnett on Wednesday for "future considerations" (read: nothing) scored a goal and added 2 assists and was a +2 and the game's second star.

Good for him. The double affiliation monster has two heads. One is
a blessing on the amount of talent that can come our way. The other
is the monster when we have to get rid of any "personal" talent because
no room to keep them and then both AHL teams come calling and we find the
cupboards empty.

Maybe if we lose a bunch of our affilitated players later in the season, the player to be named later can be Embach. He can be traded for himself.
