Looks like Byron Froese was assigned to us from Rockford. Seems kinda odd because Toledo is Rockford's ECHL affiliate. The only think I can think of could be they assigned 2 to Toledo and Froese to us and we play Toledo tomorrow so maybe they want him to get games in with the NHL break and Toledo didn't have room for him. Just a thought

Froese is a good defensive forward and penalty killer. Lacks size and doesn't have great skills with the puck but he competes and works hard.
