He didn't leave till I showed him all 18 games I had tickets for that said row A. I told him, "I'm not your toilet, so don't give me your ****. I'll be here all year loud and F-ing proud. Leave me alone!!" He kicked BINGO and the guys out of the seats but they went and upgraded to the front row. This BS has to stop. I will say something to JoJo tonight. Next stop after that is the police station. This is harassment and I will not take it any longer. Good news tho. I got a clean piece of glass to see thru now. See you all tonight.

| It wasn't there last night. And I wouldn't go if Wildman was there. I wouldn't be able to stand a whole game by him. He cries more than Chad Johnson. That and BBQ wing pieces flying while he tries to eat. EWWWW. lol Thanks but I'll just go sit with Jeevers. |

| Wow! A couple of people are really touchy about my post. If you have a problem with Fan Penalty Box, take it up with the admins over there. I'm not one of them. Just remember, I stated clearly that I was not flaming anyone with my post. I was simply commenting on a subject that could happen. But yet two people make complete asses out of themselves concerning an issue I have nothing to do with. |

There were definitely more than 2400... especially after they reported something like 1400 tonight, and even tonight's crowd wasn't awful... yesterday's was decent, but our numbers are always so skewed it's like, wtf? I don't know where they get these from. |

Seriously, what is up with these people? Last night my camera was OK once they realized the lens doesn't come off. Tonight the guy had a hissy and called a supervisor before he'd let me in. Like, come on, what's the difference between me bringing in my "professional camera" (not) that is just an expensive point & shoot with an external lens on it... and the guy who is getting paid to walk around with the mega camera? If every single game I'm gonna have to deal with that BS I am going to get really pissed. |

The camera issue should be real simple-No video cameras or cameras with lenses more 8 " long, normally up to about the 200x type. This would kick out the "pro-type" lenses while allowing the fans their normal cameras with some extra quality. Another thing is we don't need 50 ushers running around playing crossing guards! How about sending the ushers where the're needed-in the concession booths!! |

| Most of the ushers, as mentioned, are old men who also do Reds games, Bengals games, various college games, ect. I don't think they get quite what a hockey game is and are used to having to lay down the law at events like Bengals games. Regardless, they need to learn. |

| danielle, i had the same problem last year. i have a fuji camera with a rather big lens on it that cannot be removed. last year i got grief from one of them saying it was a removable lens. i told him it wasn't but insisted it was. i told him to try and take it off but remember the camera cost me $600.00 (he breaks it-he bought it). he finally let me in ut when trying to take pictures during warm-ups three other people came up to me and told me i wasn't allowed to have that camera in there. i person said he saw me change the lens but told him it was just the collar. so to end my story, i just don't bring this camera with me anymore. i did invest in a pocket-sized digital camcorder to bring with me. |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

i'm gonna throw mt two cents in on the camera issue.....last thursday night i was in nashville on business so i decided to take in the preds v thrashers game (talk about 2 bad hockey clubs...and yes i realize the preds are an affiliate, but i have to be honest) i have a nice digital slr camera that has a detatchable lens. i do not have a large professional telephoto type lens, and i only bring one lens with me (42mmm-80mm zoom). i know that this type of camera can be an issue at some arenas so while in nashville i found a security guy and asked him if my camera was ok. this particular security guard happened to be one of the heads of security and he told me that nashville's current camera policy was that any camera and any lens were permitted as long as i didn't use the video recording feature. my camera has also been to nationwide arean in columbus without any hassle. but in cincinnati, for a minor league game, i can't get my camera in, and that is just asinine, and i have let people at usba know.
we all know that our attendance needs to come up. we had a solid start this weekend, especially when compared to last season, but in my opinion, certian security policies, like the camera policy and the "don't be too loud or get too excited policy, aka the HFH rule, only turn fans away from wanting to come back to more games. nashville is team that is struggling with bring people out to games, and they have slacked their policies to make everything as fan friendly as possible, there was an usher that noticed that i was shooting a lot of pictures and during the 1st intermission told me that if i wanted to move to an empty seat that gave me a different angle i could, just so long as if someone came along with a ticket for the seat that i moved to that i would move. i'm sure that was just the usher being nice rather than any official policy, but if i were from nashville, and that were my first hockey game, it would make me want to come back. we all have so many ideas for ways to get people in the seats and to get them to come back, these ideas need to passed on to ticket reps, and whom ever else might be able to institute some changes. i've already emailed with chris parsons about the camera policy and i plan on talking to him in person about it at the next coach's show.
sorry for ranting..... |

| I completely agree... beggars can't be chosers, and if we want fans in the seats we can't hussle around BS rules. Hopefully what we say will be recognized, and SERIOUSLY taken into consideration. I mean, we are the fans that they're wanting more of. |
